2. License Agreements

  • Solo Plan: Grants one individual (License Holder) continuous, non-exclusive access to use our Components and Templates.
  • Startup Plan: Permits up to 5 employees or contractors of the License Holder to use our Components and Templates.
  • Organization Plan: Allows up to 25 employees or contractors of the License Holder to use our Components and Templates.
  • Use of our Components and Templates is subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in the respective license agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing our Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to use our Services legally and ethically.

4. Payment Policy

  • Purchases are processed via Stripe, and you must agree to Stripe' terms and conditions.
  • Refund details are as specified in our Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, we also protect against the potential misuse of our refund policy in the following ways:

  • Refunds are granted only if the purchased components have not been extensively downloaded or copied, indicating genuine dissatisfaction or a change of circumstances by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of significant use or copying of our components, suggesting that the customer has benefited from our Services.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at [email protected], providing the purchase details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, with the refund made to the original payment method used by the customer.

Note: For customers in the UK, the refund policy is extended to 14 days from the date of purchase.
